GLOBAL EXPRESS SHIPPING

All items are shipped through a premium carrier, anywhere in the world. Due to the value and precious nature of your order, all deliveries require a signature upon collection. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and cost of shipping from Australia.

CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES

We are not responsible for and do not include possible taxes and duties which could be applied by customs in the destination country. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all product(s) ordered and to mark them as dutiable merchandise. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details” 

DELIVERY

If an item is in stock, it will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order and depending where you are in the world, allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. All shipping prices appear at checkout. 

LOANS – STYLING AND PR REQUESTS
For interior stylists, events, photo shoots and PR loans, delivery and pick up will be arranged for you (within Australia only). Please email me directly to arrange the consignment paperwork.
