Inspired by Haute Couture as a form of art, a fascination with body decoration as an expression of identity and communication leads me to continually explore this vast landscape through portrait images.

Collage work with its’ bespoke design of fabric, carbon, acrylic and foil create a rich surface which results in depth and texture. The ragged edges in some areas produced by tearing coloured images create movement.
